Trustee of Dreier Estate Seeks Settlement Approval

A representative for 360 Networks agreed to reduce his $85 million claim against the Dreier firm to $45 million to recover money the company claims should have been in its escrow account. Firm founder Marc S. Dreier, pleaded guilty in 2009 to running a massive Ponzi scheme.
