Ex-Solyndra GC Gaffney Joins Gibson, Dunn
John Gaffney, who served as the failed solar panel maker's top in-house lawyer from February 2010 through the company's bankruptcy filing in September and into early November, returns to the East Coast as a partner in Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher's New York office.
